Asunto: Show your youth school

I've just checked and of the 7 in the school, 6 are on first pop, 1 is borderline 5.5 week talent. So they could all theoretically be shot at dawn.

There will be blood.

I have a 3.5 magical coming in a few weeks I think. He will be rubbish.

2 of those haven't had a single pop in 4 weeks so would normally be sacked already. My most talented one has around 4 week talent (second pop today, will still only come out very good aged 18 min.) and 2 others have over 5 week talent, the rest are unknown and i think only 2 can even have a chance at being better than 4.

I actually have some good talented players in there which I hope and pray that age wise some of them are kind. Looking forward to not having so many in the school as my expenses are not used to having this many. I am usually around the 10-15 level ay most.

I've had rubbish mostly for ages. Got some good names in there, Terence Pratchett and Benjamin Bonney.

i just set the standard as good for 16 - solid/very good half way through season..
excellent for 17
formiddable for 18

assume talent of 4 starting.. if they wont reach that or close to those goals, i eliminate them...

11 youths currently and i know the talents of about 4 of them, iv had a really bad run though

I've got just enough to keep me interested at the moment, Middleton popped after his first week, so I'm going to have to wait to see if he's any good, in 6/7 weeks I'm getting a formid/outs/incred, so hopefully that'll be something decent for the new season.

On top of the 7 pieces of offal already in my youth school, I gratefully recieved 2 unsatisfactory players, and a hopeless today.

Maybe I should have kept my mouth shut about the youth school system being a lottery...

i say just do what feels good and dont give a damn what anyone else has to say. ;)

When I get players who pop over 5 weeks I still keep them if they're likely to turn a profit. I've a couple of 9-10 week poppers who should be formidable or so and turn a profit. In theory.

I never seem to get any good one to start with
