Friendly this week vs norway , will be playing a weakened side as i think Norge will be too. Resting some players , but giving others a chance to shine, the next weeks after are very important and will give my all......

Mad game tonight was 0-2 down decided to give Pembridge a deserved start, I think Reakes would of had a hatrick if he played there, but we came back to to win 3-2 in a bit of a thriller :)

Brian i respect you as a trainer of U21 England but i don't like the fact that you promote your players.Do you think that is ok ?

Brian its not about my players playing, i understand that you have a plan for the future but todays game of you player Kane is a little exaggerated.As a coach you have a choice and i don't want to put pressure for my players to play but after all you should play with the best players.

2nd best England 18yo defender , 2nd best England 19yo defender, best England 21 yo midfielder 3rd best England 20yo winger, Unearthly Junior 20yo, call them my players if you want.

I would have played 18yo best defender Ramsey but i played him last 2 games he palyed bad but i am doing for a reason now if i didn't win i took it too far, that's me that's why i manage U21's
