playing that wing was not a good choice ...and church needs a statue...we ware lucky as hell :))

I don't know what happened but this game doesn't like me, anyway good luck in the next round. This was our chance to qualify but somehow we did not manage to do it.

Luck is important^^ 0-0 was more than enough to secure 1st place. k.o. stages next.

I've only just finished a work function so haven't seen the match yet, but I'm disappointed with the stats. Will watch the match in the morning and see what went wrong.

ok… after watching the game, i will say this. i am disappointed with my teams performance. i feel with the chances made they were better. But tactically it was very even.

Vale got a lot of the ball, but never put in a good cross (on another day he would have found a striker more than 50% of the time) and when he had a duel against there right back he won half of them… then passed the ball back tot the midfield, when he was clear himself and had unmarked men in the box. the strikers had more chances than the states show, they just didn't shot… i have already got my tactic made for next week.

I think we have got unlucky with the draw, getting 1 of the two strongest team from the 2nd place pot. So next week will be a challenge, but should be a better result than yesterdays.

So overall I am disappointed with he result, though I'm happy that we even got a draw in the end. They had the better and more frequent chances. but our attacking players played woeful, and we still managed to keep a clean sheet.

Todays game vs Latvija was very entertaining. They have recently lost narrowly against Mexico and beaten Austria in the qualifiers so they are no pushovers. Game well worth a look if you`re a sokker nerd..

I've bin looking at there team and it looks like we have a very similier starting 11, but with them having more available on the bench. I'm not going to lieu have achieved what I wanted from this years World Cup, but since we got our old enemies a win is our only option. Will open a thread in the association later today, where I'm hopping to get some talking going. I have already made a tactic for the game what should take them by surprise ;)

England u21 is playing Germany in the 1st round of the knock out stages. It will be a be a thriller, I`m for one is surely watching it live tomorrow. daza has opened a thread on national association, more info there.

Next up for England is a qualifier vs Senegal. Senegal regularly rates 70+ so can be a tricky opponent. The squad is posted at the National association and a few more words probably added tomorrow..

We got the important 3 points today. Played an ok game, created lots of chances and 17-2 i shots and a lot af "last second" tackles from them indicates that we should have won by more than one nil. However I don`t complain, the points are the most important. (Last week Portugal had 18-2 in shots and lost 1-2 vs Guatemala, glad to avoid that:)

England u21 pulled the shortest straw in an even battle against the germans at the WC last friday, so this week daza has scheduled a friendly vs Bulgaria.

Next up for the senior NT is a qualifier vs Nigeria. Three points and a comfortable win is a must. The squad is posted at the National association.

Our goal scoring will come up in this game and Lorre will win this by far far far away...people isolated in Siberia will be able to see the score if the goals ware added to form a tower in London after this game. Lets go England!
