He's a really nice player but this is possibly going to sound a little bit picky given how nice he looks.

Not that this has anything to do with me ;-) But personally, I think you need to decide what kind of player you want to develop?

Do you want a winger or do you want a midfielder?
If you want a winger then you need to train the left side to divine. Probably going to pace training asap.
If you want a midfielder, I hate the fact that his defending is basically poop. So for me, this needs training asap. As it happens, I would train this guy as a midfielder rather than a winger given where his skills are currently at.

Good luck with him however you want to go about doing things :-)
