I think he'll go far out of my price range but I'm going to try and grab him and sort out that tech. He'll be important for the U-21s next season.
I expect the price for Jordan Dickins to be around 1.2 million.
He could go for double that, or half. The market is unpredictable.
His tech is fine, he need def, otherwise top strikers will dribble right past him
Top strikers will dribble right past him because he has Good Tech. Anything less than Very Good is a complete liability.
Technique has nothing to do with being dribbled or not, it's only attacking player's technique vs defending player's defender [+ forms, +type of situation (up front/side/from behind)]

True, I'm thinking more in terms of ability to control the ball quickly, winning 50/50s and not have it bounce of their feet. Regardless, anything less than Very Good is a liability and personally if you aren't at least at that level I don't want you anywhere near the U-21 team. I would say more but I don't want to comment on the specifics of certain players.
That's fair, it usually depends on the level and type of players that you have available in u21s, can't really do much about it unless you start discussing the training with owners since at least age 19 to mould them into the shape you want (and some won't want to change their training routine which is fine).
I think I would be more open for lower tech on the sides, same with main NT - 14 tech at for CB is obligatory for me, 15+ if possible. For LB/RB I'm fine with 13 tech, as long as he makes up for it with playmaker/passing (particularly on the side of own winger).

Christ, I wish I had 13 Tech defenders.
I honestly don't like playing lower tech anywhere in the defence and having them out wide just makes them vulnerable to wingers with the way I play. Player Requirements or targets is something I need to work on. I was sorting it out before Xmas but it got lost in the shuffle.

I'm talking NT-standards / high club standards:) club-wise I have adequate-solid tech defenders mostly ;)
And to be fair at low/mid level pace+def is IMO more important than high side skills (I don't even look at passing at this level), but to each his own

If you have enough players for the position you can get picky, but I wouldnt play a 11-11 pace-def with 10 tech over him.... and the next step should be pace +def to magical while sideskills develop with gt.... also fringe senior nt players have like 11-12 tech but never anything else then 17-17 pace-def at teams like England... you dont train to 15 tech and def.... tech is a sideskill, not a primary
