It would be nice if we could unite and create some kind of system , in the future make the representation of England better and stronger.

I've always put my focus around training English talent. My squad is fully my own youth products.

I'll train what suits the majority of my players. Problem here is the English community that use the forums - where we are asking people to change their training plans - are all people that do it already or won't change just for the NT.

a wonderful initiative, which is essential for the future of the National.

The UK managers must train and develop their young because the situation is very poor.

Need to open, also, much school youth to try to find more talent possible.

I said all that to them for 4 seasons, and I did it thoroughly, but it falls on deaf ears [not really worth it]
it is what it is, and let me tell you it's astonishing how much better we are to USA U21's , curiosity of users like eirikr , & now nothis who's been very lucky with his youth team, we have a clutch of really solid Junior schools.

Also big shout out to BuzzyL , if he didn't train our keepers we could be in proper trouble.

It would be cool if all of us will start with each-other.It would also be fun if we can support each-other and aim for the same achievement.Maybe if every one will tell the formation of there technic then we can see are biggest flaws.

Interestingly, we are only the 54th biggest country in SK now. Have always punched above weight due to the same teams continually producing and/or training players to NT level.

Unfortunately, I think we are starting to see the first signs of that bubble about to burst :-(
