If you haven't got a Junior School open, or are thinking of doing so, or you shut yours, or have any friends on here that haven't got 1 open, or maybe a team in your league or users you talk to in England?
If so can you please open up a Junior School or ask them to and put a Brilliant [14] 'overall skill' or 'General appraisal' Coach there
This is the aim and what you should look for in your juniors, maybe sack lesser ones that don't look likely to get to these levels:
16yo & overall of Good [7] [1st 1/4 of season] or over & still 16yo when they leave the Junior School.
Or 17yo & at least an overall of Very Good [9] [1st 1/4 of season] Preferably Excellent [10] & over by the time they leave.
Or 18yo & at least an overall of Outstanding [12] [1st 1/4 of season] Preferably Incredible [13] & over by the time they leave.
[In my experience all the top end players have come from the above age group's]
A 19yo & at least an overall of Incredible/Brilliant [13/14] [1st 1/4 of season] Preferably Brilliant/Magical [14/15] & over by the time they leave.
Or 20yo & overall of Magical [15], Unearthly [16] or Divine [17]
*Always keep if there's a chance of the above 'overall' Skills
The problem facing 20yo's & somewhat 19yo's is Excellent is the maximum any 1 'Individual' Skill can be when in the Junior School, whilst 3 x Main Skills [for a Striker this would be Pace, Striker & Tech] being Excellent [10] is worth money, it's maybe not an U21 player, but could still be worth plenty 1 day with the correct training, that's if you wanted to keep them. An excellent keeper is max he can be in school that is a problem with 19/20yo keepers.
A 17yo 'overall' Very Good or 18yo 'overall' Formidable [11] Junior could still fetch some worth while money as soon as they leave the School, especially if came out in the 1st few weeks of the season with great skill 'distribution', same with a Incredible [13] 19yo & Magical [15] 20yo they'd need that & some more training to make the England U21's aged 21, most of these won't.
* Note when you sell players that were born into your Junior School you get 5% each sale thereafter until they are 24yo :)
* You get gates of about £2500-10000 each week depending on who you are playing and what division, if you opt to play in a league that is, this will help pay for 5-10 juniors wages every other week.
When you open a school you will receive up to 6 juniors a week, you can sack the not so good ones as not to overspend (£600 per junior per week) and a max of 30 all together. if you have 11 juniors @ £600 each = £6600 a week wages plus about £18 500 a week from the coach = £25 000 sounds a lot a week, you will cancel around 1/4 that out because every fortnight you'll play home games & get it via gate receipts & sponsors.
In about 10-25 weeks you could have sold 1 player maybe (from your school) that will finance your school for up to 7 seasons, and maybe 2 or 3 proper nice players.
When they 1st come into the school work it out as if they could jump an 'Overall' Skill every 2.5 weeks [to round it off 5 weeks = 2 pop's] to start with [best ways would be every 2 weeks so i'm told] & every 3 weeks at the very good & over stage.
If it looks likely you have any of the above put a Brilliant [14] 'overall skill' Coach there. & when you have made enough money install a Magical [15] 'overall skill' Coach in your Junior school & one day you will get a nice 'special' player that will earn you much £ million.
This is my personal experience & interpretation of 'sokker' & the current Junior School system, i am not claiming this all to be 100% perfect & bullet proof.
Recent nice junior pulls [whilst we have had lower user numbers] include:
A. Summerfield who was a 18yo Unearthly [16] 'overall skill' & will go for serious cash from Qstarw's Junior School.
Lee Honeybun was a 16yo Excellent [10] 'overall skill' out of nothis's school & fetched £2.1 mill & almost 4 million whilst still aged 16.
Peter Anyan was also a 18yo Brilliant [14] or Magical [15] 'overall skill' from the ermejo school.
Alun Hawken from the Old Evertonians junior school.
Nathan McManus another from the ermejo junior school.
M. Schofield was another from the nothis School.
Let's do our bit for England, I have tried asking every club before so if more ask the same people they will start to change there views I'm sure.

Great news...
I've heard we used to have 1600 users! now we have 113 but only about half have a junior school open, if we had most with there's open we would'nt be behind the average International side & i would'nt get so much stick from people who don't no what they are talking about.

Alla a round the world there are campaign for youth, honestly it's a waste of money without any knowledge on the talent.
We are gambling and sometimes we train a talent that reveil it's not.. But you have to spend a couple of season to understand how good / pure it is.
Dose it make sense for you?

It's certainly not the greatest set up, but it's fair.
The stamina and keeper should never come into the equation for an outfield youth player 'pull', that would help somewhat.
Also we all get juniors in the school that are a certain level but next thursday they fall back 2 levels maybe that could be addressed.

We never had 1600 users. Peak was in the 500s, possibly close to 600 but never anything as high as 1600.
It was a mistake by Cech U21 manager, he obviously meant 600

Wow good man!
Bleazzrd - Can only get to solid 18yo unless he is adequete then he can make excellent, if he dosnt go up 1 or 2 this thursday i'd sack.
Arkell - It's possible he can make a Very Good 17yo (if indeed he is poor already)
Pinkney - Sack
Funnell - Could be Incredible/Brilliant 19yo so keep
What they need to be bare min. when they leave: (in my opinion)
16yo - Good - Solid
17yo - Very Good - Excellent
18yo - Formidable - Outstanding
19yo - Incredible - Brilliant
20yo - Magical - Unearthly
So i base skill pop's on 2.5 - 3.5 weeks every 1 (dependant on talent age & skill) but also bare in mind they could be 2 skills out but more clearer the longer they have been in your team.
