Just wondering how accurate those talent predictions are. Unfortunately because you've only got 6 players and aren't playing in the junior league, they're probably not that accurate.

because a lot shit talents are coming, its a reason why and i dont want it to spent much money for youth school and keep untalented players. I want to play, maybe when ill be in second division I'll give chance for more players

While I can understand that logic, if you're already paying a lot for the youth coach you might as well get your moneys worth. An extra 5 players is 3k a week and you'd get most of that back from ticket sales.

soon i'll get more money from sponsors and tickets so i will have greater opportunities

you would get +/- same money back from youth league games that you would spend on keeping 5 more youths needed to join the youth league, thanks to that you'd have much more accurate talent readings. what you're doing is not logical, especially while spending so much on the youth coach.

I guess my support club is to small yet. Still I don’t see nonsense to keep players who will have 19-20y old and their potential talent is less than brilliant
