Makes sense, I’m fairly certain the max possible talent is 3.18, with max coach. He was provably slightly out in entry and maybe on coming out, however he must be very talented even with that in mind.
He’s a fresh pull, and I hope he might be close to popping in some skills. I’ll train and test it out. ;)
1 unsatisfactory 18 year old.
This is becoming a problem now. I only have 12 players left and no keeper.

Hes very nice, whilst you complain about your luck in game I believe you have been lucky with your youth school. I agree that training your own players is really fun, my last good trainable youth was Hunter Lee-Freedman who is now 23! :(

I have wasted around £2m on my youth school over the last 5/6 seasons getting nothing to train......luckily my side has done well and kept the fun going that way.

Are you sure you have not sold players like I am currently training though, because you think about winning first always [not a dig]

Unfortunately I wish that were the case, I simply have not had a decent youth since Freedman. I did train Greg di Canio too but he is also 23. I have literally had nothing of use since then. DiCanio is not great but I needed to train him due to his name and also lack of trainees/laziness and not replacing him.

:( to me then ,I won't be in the race, i really don't want to sell my older English from my school though
Yes I am lucky but would you train a 18yo with 2 pace? I have that's Davis, or 18yo with 4 pace, my latest one 4 pace, a lot of them have needed untold pace
but i had Warhurst now 28yo, Keegan 27, 4 x 26yo's [sold 1] Musk 24, Laing 21, Davis, Sheaf and Preece all 19, Napier 18, Ferguson 20 Divine
That's 13, in 10 seasons
Dry before that though as Moore is 32, Matthews 35 and Tomori is 38
