I honestly haven't sacked Juniors hastily, if anything because I have been so desperate to have some juniors come through I have kept them longer than I should have done. I have 17 atm which is high for me. My highest rated one is only excellent though :(
Finally got some juniors who aren't worthless, including a very nice Adequate 16 year old.
I got absolute trash today, all 4 sacked :(
Edit - a weak 16 yr old with 16 weeks left was kept in case talented.

I am pretty sure I have seen a jump of 4 skills before, 3 a few times, so well worth holding that 16yo

As a rule you only get big drops or rises due to
A weak youth coach
Not playing the player in the junior league
The first 4 weeks
Someone calculated the margin of error to be +/- 2.2 I think. I think it might be a little tighter than that.

Well my youth coach is unearthly son I guess he should be fairly accurate? I am also in the league now and playing matches makes evaluation more accurate supposedly?

It does not matter getting juniors when you play them for 2% extra training and get them injured so they lose 2 weeks training, I will learn now to never do it again when in cup, I'm out cup the player that needs pace most is knackerd now, this game is nothing but stress my goodness nn everyone hahahahahahah the player i bought him on for got a yellow he now gets 50% FT training it's my beloved Tomori !!! double screwed over, every game something nasty bad happens hahahah can't wait for to see what horrors are next game
relegation bound! :)
i have 6 starters on 2 yellows , I will take a picture if i get a full squad this season \O/
i shot myself always, call me bang bang

I aim for 96% for all trainees of possible now because the risk to get 100% seemed like it went wrong too often with trainees getting injuries and then missing weeks instead. :(
I assume that’s the extra % you meant for your trainees? I find the irritating part the difference between friendlies and getting full training and having to play 25 minutes in a league match. I had to do that tonight because for some reason the orders on my last game took him off even though it shouldn’t have done…..have others found that? It’s happened to me a lot now……players come off when not supposed to.

It's absolutely not worth trying to get 100% training considering how many more minutes they'd have to play. You're only losing 52% of 1 training week over the entire season, compared to losing 100% of 1 week with just 1 8-day injury.
Yes 90 minutes in a friendly and 25 in a league match is all that’s needed really with minimum risk.
