A briliant level pull today! I'm pretty happy with the distribution. I need to find a training space for him now!

Yeah, it's my first decent pull this season. The distribution can be a lottery, so I got lucky!!
Definitely keeping and training!.
Might list the 16yo but not sure.

The 16yo should have a NT potential if talented, top 25 16yo MIDs this season, Id keep him if you dont really need money now
If talented he will be better than the 19yo (great pull though, almost perfect distribution)

Yeah, I don't need the money. I'd rather train my own players, than players I've bought in, so I'll keep and train him! Cheers...

If I look at Dunn I see a defender and that's probably what you should train him as.
We are desperately short of good central midfielders though.

Oh, that's a surprise. I thought we'd have plenty of good defenders. I've got a couple half decent 20yo defenders.
I might get him playing in defence then!

We're fine for defenders I think, it's the midfielders that are really hard to find.

Nah, they 16yo is definitely a MID
as I've said, ~top 25 16yo MIDs this season, for an ATT he's around top 60 at best
You can start him with tech training to check his talent and see how fast he gets to poor [3]
Then it'd be best if you plan to train him till 21+ to start him with pace training (confirmed that it's best to train pace first because it gets influence most by age), then as you wish... tech/pm/pass for a winger or def/tech/pm/pass for a CM
Can be a DEF as well... in that case pace first, then defender
As for the 19yo if you want to keep him for longer then pace, if you want to make good money after a ~season of training then concentrate on playmaker
