;) does anyone know how SK Tables decides what "confirmed" talent is? Dunn was a confirmed talent 3.33 and now he's 3.9. I thought the green tick was pretty solid, and you wouldn't expect the talent to then change much from that point.

I guess it's almost impossible to know for juniors in the school for <10 weeks or so, due to the coach estimations?

I mean it says Sinclair is a confirmed talent 3.33, but he's only been in the school 7 weeks and started as hopeless. So he's gone up 3 levels in 7 weeks, but there is simply no way to guess his talent at this stage surely?

Yeah I find that confirmed talent tick questionable.

I think you need at least 8-10 playing weeks to have a good idea of talent. I'd draw you a graph but I'm currently on the London Underground.
Someone knows the margin of error for youth pulls, I think they said it's 2.2 but I suspect it's coach dependent.

4 Juniors this morning, 2 sacked.

A 16 yr old adequate with 31 weeks kept
A 17 yr old adequate with 27 weeks kept

Had 4. Sacked 4.

That was mine last week, it annoying to get none.

Had 4 come in, makes a nice change from the garbage solitary 18 year olds ive had for the last 3/4 weeks.

Isaac Atkinson 16 -- 5 (average) 26 Weeks
Neil Parker 16 -- 5 (average) 6 Weeks
Morgan Davies 17 -- 4 (weak) 31 Weeks
Jude Silva 16 -- 5 (average) 23 Weeks

Not a bad 4 there, the 17 yr old is probably the worst of the bunch.
