Nice bunch of juniors..
My youth school has taken a nosedive, will be at least two seasons before anything decent comes through, so I will need to buy in young talent..

And where is the money coming from??? I am stuck at the top of lll.ll with income from home matches less than 40k except in two matches per season. I tried starting a junior school and nearly went bankrupt.

I have had 15 million from my school, sold workman for 5.2 mill bought back for 60 000 so it only shows less than 10 million, from that and also training your young players and selling them still quite young , then buying better youngeters and doing it again

You need money to invest, though; an incredible trainer is what, 14k a week? That's a big chunk out to invest for at least a season before you can sell a worthwhile youth player.
In a week I have expenses of 103k and take in 61k in sponsorship. The seven home league matches get me about 440k, so over 16 weeks it is income maybe 1600k including friendlies and the cup, expenditure 1650k. The chunk of income at the beginning of the new season is all I have to renew the squad. An extra 14k+ a week for a youth trainer, plus money spent on a youth school, is 20k per week for 10 juniors, or 320k per season.
So of I stay in league III with a junior school of 10, I shall make a loss of something like £370k. I just don't have that sort of money to invest. I guess if I could train up some youngsters and make them good I could sell them for a good amount but its easier to by them cheap than to put those extra thousands into a full blown academy.
