Not a striker?
Musk was 4th week 17yo 6,7,6 in 3 main striker skills
2025-02-06 14:19:01
both are good options, the pm would be a bit lost on him if you go for the ATT option

for MIDs with 4+ pace he would be around top 30, for ATTs with 4+ pace around top 25

for wingers [mid skills, ignoring defender] he would be top 10, hence why I'd see him as a winger

to be honest you should start with pace anyway if you plan to keep him for longer than a season, then you can make a choice later anyway

Welcome to the club BR. I had a very similar result to you a few seasons ago, where the game engine just decided I would lose. Despite my superior stats amd team. I simply realised you can't rely on fairness glfrom this game, i.e. you get these random reeults! So I sold all my oldies and I just train young English players. I love it :)

Cheers mate, it isn't worth the major stress it 's causing me,

I've been training this guy for 3 weeks now. He's responding nicely so far.

Don't get stressed. It's only a game mate. I just accept that random results can happen! :)
2025-02-06 14:39:08
That was it, that was when the game beat me, and i gave up because of my health, that won't never happen again , as i'm not interested in winning any games or watching them for a while

was thinking might as well not get anymore friendlies and play my u21's in both games selling everyone else

* Nice player btw

It's up to you BR. Obviously, health always comes first and I'm glad you're putting that first.

You've got a very good side, which you've worked hard to build. Q. Are you prepared to let all that go? If yes, then do what you need to do, that'll keep your interest in the game. If no, good luck next season. You've done well in the Cup, don't forget! I was out round 2 haha

I enjoy training purely young English players. I'm not the only one on here that does that. Thursday mornings always yield good results!

Ryan White is doing nicely.
2025-02-06 15:18:15
They are not that good, and i never got to build really, 2 are new to late from them to tact displ. don't want them now, late for all, i chucked the best 2 away, which i didn't replace now i have wish i didnt

I'm selling most but has to be after 1 month :( with 3 of them, 3 or 4 will go up tomorrow, and a few more when they pop , can't wait to breath again.

I have maybe another junior next week so I'm going to sell the first Ferguson so I havn't got 2, warhurst bouquet will free up space for others, might aswell as i don't have a striker force they are injured

after that i might have a couple more juniors, the game simply wants me to train juniors and i will gladly now co operate
Tomori will now drop to division 2 and continue playing into his 40's
this time next season i will have English players only, all but one from my club never to be sold, mwahhhh ha ha ha

Cheers DJ... he's getting there, still early days mind you! :)

I know you're one of those managers I mentioned in my earlier message, that focuses on training young talent, too.

I enjoy seeing their skills development each Thursday, far more than winning games!! ;)
2025-02-06 15:58:04
I'll be watching your side closely. Good luck with whatever you decide.
2025-02-06 16:17:56
Hes a really nice 16 yr old! He could be a winger or striker imo.
2025-02-06 16:47:34
As we only have 11 16-year olds it's difficult to evaluate where he's best placed but he looks like a winger to me.
