There have been some really unfortunate pills this week regarding stamina!

Shields is actually not that bad. Yeah the Stamina is annoying but he's got the Pace and Tech to get him started and a clear direction in Defending. Still a pain in the arse to play though.

I don't believe he will even sell.

You're right about that, 95% won't even look at his potential.

I will place him up for £1 and see how it goes, I may either sell him or use him as a cannon fodder reserve.

Started hopeless, came out weak. 9 weeks in school, apparently confirmed talent of 3.33. Will probably just train him anyway and see.

If his talent is as close to 3 as it seems, he might not be so bad.

That's 3 levels of junior difference. Barnes is more an incredible junior, and McManaman a very good. The coaches just got the prediction all wrong.
