Of my current trainees the youngest from my school is 23. The sale was 1.5m but I don't believe he's any good and I sold at the right time......plus got lucky with a bidding war.

He was defo trainable, I don't think you was fortunate with pricing, just you underestimated his value. There's another one in the U21s now that you sold, which is just as many as I have.

George Newman, I have no idea what his skills are but he couldn't have been great of I sold him. As for the defender his talent according to the program was not high so I don't believe he is as good as you think unless that was not accurate.

I tried to buy Zaha last night but he ended up going for £4.6m in. the end, too hot for me. I would have loved a junior like him though, only a brilliant 18 yr old but perfect distribution for a winger.

Hopefully you get one of your own......that you don't sell ;)

I don't sell players like last night, I haven't had a superstar since Ferdinand.....I looked him up, I sold him because he was a striker and it was the old training system still. He is 30 now I believe. My last decent trainee I still have and that Freedman who is 23. I am not ranting I am just frustrated as this new training system allows you to train all types of youths and I want another Miller or Ferdinand to get excited about :)

1.7m for a junior so you've lost 300k over 6 seasons and are due maybe 3 killer juniors and now you'll shut it, can't see the logic
2025-02-16 12:54:30
I got 1.4m for him so I am down yes, I have nothing that is remotely exciting atm......it depends if the talent and pops start to become a bit more accurate. The chances are that I won't close my school....but after 6 seasons of not getting anything I can train under the new system I am allowed a little hissy fit :p

You've paid for whatever costs through 2m of sales from your juniors in that time, hope you don't close school
2025-02-16 13:35:08
I kind of left the game for a few years maybe more but kept my team so I could keep the school going, so I am unlikely to close it. I would just like to get something trainable again and soon ;)

I can’t wait to open my junior school, it’s a part of game which I like and giving me more fun than just training. But I have to wait a season, maybe more, to get bigger support club, earn some money from players, getting more money from sponsors. I mean, from beginning is possible to have junior school but than u can’t invest money in the first team, but this way is longer to exists in the game.

At this moment I’m suprised cause I’m getting 8k more from sponsors in the first weeks then got promoted before to second division.

Now I have enough money for good coach (5x16, 2x13), 3x solid assistants and I’m just -3k in Saturday. So after league and friendly I’m around 20k+. Compare to Newport is a lot at start of game.

At this moment I have a staff, players and I’m on + in account balance. I’ll try to get some players from Newport who was in u-21 team but there is just two players. I wrote to Romanian and Polish trainers but they didn’t agree to get them to the u-21 for a while. Big lost because specially Romanian players had a big talents

It is possible to get a Brilliant coach for 16k-18k a week, and magical 21k to 24k a week, 600 a junior, you'll make money probably, if your a tad lucky, it seems to give newbies a goodun almost off the bat

Ure forgetting about most important and lottery thing - recruitment form.

When I created account I went va banque - or I will get all left 16 and def/mid 16 or delete acc and try next time. Got lucky that after seven times I got really similar with low pension:

Ronaldo McFadden, age: 44
wage: 20 340 £
club: Team Poznan FC, country: England,
incredible [13] coach

Training effectiveness as head coach:
unearthly [16] of stamina tragic [0] of keeper
unearthly [16] of pace unearthly [16] of defender
unearthly [16] of technique unearthly [16] of playmaker
brilliant [14] of passing brilliant [14] of striker

If I want to make money faster - training. Of course u can make a junior school at beggining of season to getlucky 16 with 3-4 weeks left but then u will need a coach for junior so need to use lottery again. At this moment I don’t have money :P

Edit: I mean I have it but I want to avoid a minus balance

I don't know how much money new clubs get right now but it will barely touch 30k a week. Getting a decent coach to start with was difficult before they retired, It must be near impossible now.

150k so isn’t to much to get better coach than just two skills, assistants and players with potential
