Your set up makes perfect sense and ultimately we're all in different positions so we need to do what is right for our own teams.

I just train youngsters and don't have anyone older than 23 (who is a goalie)!

I get my @ss kicked as a consequence but my aim is to train English youngsters, for the time being

Wow thats really disappointing that 2 teams in the Prem have no youth school. :(

Kowal really does nothing for the division, even his pitch is classified as fine farm land.

Does anybody know if SK tables is working? Seems to be giving me odd talent projections for all my players.

Ah I thought it was just me.

I had 9 pops amongst 16 players, yet all the talent projections are like 5-6...very odd.

He's definitely widened the range of the calculator, I wouldn't be surprised if it's been screwed up a bit.

You can say that again!

I am confused by mine, Kamara looks decent but according to the program isn't overly talented. In fact I am confused by the talent of my players in general. :/
