I am confused by mine, Kamara looks decent but according to the program isn't overly talented. In fact I am confused by the talent of my players in general. :/

I wouldn't pay too much attention to that talent calculator right now.

It's tricky though isn't it. Egbo says between 3.3 and 3.6 and Kamara around 4.8.....but he's getting to a decent level. Weird.

Yep I've got players like that too. I think just generally it's a good idea to keep them as long as you can because it will become more accurate over time.

Yes but Kamara has been there ages as outstanding now. Egbo is only a good but confirmed whereas apparently Kamara isn't.

The confirmed thing is a bit strange, because it seems like you can become unconfirmed pretty easily. I think because there are no youth league games at the moment the estimation is a bit off.

All rubbish, next week last dance to get lucky with quick 16. At the end closing youth until the next season.

I had 2 hopeless 18 yr olds that were sacked and a 17 yr old with I have kept that wont be anything special unless talented. The 1st two weeks youths this season have been awful unfortunately. The youth school keeps producing nothing. I hope England has some nice youths somewhere.

I’m planning to open youth school in next season. Now I’m trying to get a new Russ Myers but don’t have lucky. As I remember I got him in 3rd week of season. But now I’m better financial condition so I could save and train by my own

I got 5. I wasn't opposed to sacking all of them but apparently SKTables thinks 2 of them are A-Rank. I don't really need to fire so ruthlessly this season anyway, I don't have many coming through so I'm going to use the next 5 weeks of nothing to build up the numbers.

fingers crossed, i usually only get the influx of 16s right at the end of the season so good to get one in the school early on.
