Is there actually any value to having a junior team? I did for a while, but I don't recall it leading to any particular insights regarding my juniors.

Mind you, I have only just noticed the formatting options when posting in threads - how long have they been available...?

There is a benefit but it is minimal. You get a small amount of revenue from each game, and apparently it makes the youth level more accurate. Although from my own junior school, I have one but no team and can't say I ever noticed any real difference with regards to level accuracy.

In the end I decided for the gains and then the effort required to set teams etc, it was better not to have one.

Although if you are a new team that has just started, the gain is more as a percentage because a small bit of revenue can in effect pay to keep some juniors.
