The level of Juniors coming through is not good even though I am becoming more ruthless in cutting low talent players earlier. It is driving me crazy as I have a Magical coach but my best 18 & 19 year olds are only excellent (10), best 17 year old is good (7). I would love to grow some under 21 internationals but I am not holding out much hope right now.
