why doesnt he train with those great juniors?

i would keep and build a squad around them.....people dont realise and understand the enjoyment of training home grown talent..

there is a lot more to the training enjoyment of the game :P

Gentleman, in my opinion you have to think about what to do for England so they can fight for the WQ. I propose to unite the forces and start to think about the generation of players 16-18 if we make a decision together and did not look at the results of the club and start training younger English players. Maybe you have some ideas ? That we can use. I am able to make a unity between us, that in every league we use a English player of 21. We have to do something to change it. Let me know about what you think ?

I'm already doing that, played a 17 yr old striker in the prem last few games of season and he plays for my 1st team at 18 yrs old. You played and trained a lot of Scottish u21s which did improve a few of their players which did affect your league results for a bit.
How did you find it worked/helped?

Whats with goalkeepers? I've had like 25 new juniors in my school and no new goalie... :-/

Its really erratic; I have sometimes had 4, sometimes none; never really had any worth training though

Mind you, I have just drafted an outfielder called Steve Gerrard. He'd better be good, that's all.
