He’s a keeper and unfortunately they don’t tend to get big £££

Let's see if he's a keeper first (btw, I hope he is). I had one classed as GK and when he came out of the academy as incredible his GK skill was average.

Technically that’s still a keeper though, just the keeper skill was low. Next week I hope my unearthly has tragic GK and stamina and striker ;)

Why are junior skill changes so unpredictable ?. I've got a Brilliant junior team coach but had 4 players drop in skills today including 1 player who dropped 3 levels :-(

Are you in the junior league? I think that helps with the fluctuations.

I don’t have enough juniors either, there’s not much point keeping players that will come out old and shitty. ;)

It's another challenge tying to win junior premiership, plus you get £8000 gates sometimes when your ranked high, but mostly around 4k which pays for a few juniors
also forest has mentioned your juniors are better assessed by your coach when playing

I didn't realise you got crowd money from it! That's interesting.....also had no idea it assessed your Juniors more accurately.

But i never understood people who had players but not in junior league???

So you don't understand wdp lol he never been in junior leagues but we now know why!

Other reasons for others not having junior schools could be because the games are terrible, I used to think that but they can be more watchable if you +the speed of the game up by about .2-3 [point 2-3] and if you have a decent junior or 2 in your team , and tatics still apply and change with constant juniors leaving like the work force of Macdonalds

he has had a few decent trainees tho................ may have been better, no one knows

I have been in the junior league but I don’t keep enough to play in them recently because I keep quality over quantity. Genuinely I was unaware of the bits posted above though.
