If not planning to keep long haul I'd sell. Never know the talent on 16yos, if he doesn't have a lot then might take too long to skill up. Although as always if a mega talent, could be a good trainee.

I am in Div 2 so he can get proper training, he's 16 i doubt very much he'll take more than 2 weeks to pop and in that time I'll probably get a random pop

I actually am loving div 2 I'm able to train my juniors as I please, you can't be playing 16yo's in the prem, and starting 19,20yo's quite a lot of the time
The training aspect of this game has always been the best factor of this game for me, I'm sure Nothis, Piotr, Chuck Norris, Houdini in fact all those that keep a young side or that train mostly there own juniors agree

He goes in advanced training on defender, getting him to average could get me over 500k maybe nearer a million?

If you wanted to sell him, you would get easily 0.5-1 million for him.

Got my best ever junior coming this week. Anticipating a big disappointment!!!
