Yeah, he doesn't look too bad. I like the new junior announcements telling you the potential level of your junior when they are ready to be promoted.

I'm either going to train defending or pace. I've now got a few decent English 16 olds in my side. It's finding the training spots for them though!

It doesn't work

all it does it divide the number of weeks by 4 and add the result to base level

for example

every adequate [6] 16/17/18/19yo with 16 weeks at start will have a "potential" for excellent [10] level at the end

Thanks Borkos, I'll keep an eye on that. However, it's some level of indication, which is better than nothing. Although, if you say is true, I hope I'm not sacking potentially talented players! :(

I just had Evan Perch GK Solid join at 29 was left and 16 yrs old……..

To be honest I always assume best possible talent for a new youth = 3.0

so I just divide the number of weeks by 3, add that to current level and see if he might be useful. if yes then I keep him.

obviously if I reach over 24 youths [so I can't have max 6 open spots for new ones] then I just delete the weakest ones. which is kind of easy because most of my youths are kinda worthless.
