So his potential looks promising but he'll be 20, almost 21 by the time I can promote him , which is a shame. I'll keep him and hope he comes out well but it's a long time to wait!

I glanced at him too quickly; I guess it's a pity to keep an almost 21-year-old junior, even if he reaches the highest level.
