Payet was ruined by the first name of KEITH lol

Also hes a hopeless with 16 weeks left so I can't see him being a trainable youth unfortunately unless talent is really high.

Training juniors Age Skill level Formation Weeks
Bruce Haye 18 excellent [10] outfield 2
Kyle Keown 17 excellent [10] outfield 4
PauI South 16 adequate [6] GK 5
Steven Reynolds 16 average [5] GK 10
Gordon Beckһam 18 formidable [11] outfield 12
Lewis Edozie 18 excellent [10] outfield 17

Really nothing much exciting going on. A few look OK i suppose, but not setting the world alight.

Bad the 16 yo Are gk
2024-04-17 17:42:43
Yeah kinda, though i don't mind training them or any position. I've actually got 5 keepers in out of my 12 juniors :/

Louis Green 17 good [7] GK 4
PauI South 16 adequate [6] GK 5
Steven Reynolds 16 average [5] GK 10
Dixie BeardsIey 18 very good [9] GK 11
Lennox Savage 17 solid [8] GK 17

Is "good" the highest actual skill a junior can enter still? I know it was 'back in the olden days', but not sure i've seen a 'good' enter my school in the 'new generation'.
2024-04-17 19:43:04
Yes 7.2 is still highest entry level

Do we have any system or database in place that the England and U-21 manager can use? I know there's a tool for finding players but I haven't checked it out yet.
I'm thinking we need some kind of tracking system to maximise the potential of the youths that we actually have coming through.

Camus, we used to have a database of English players, but it required manual updating. Now, every coach of the England national team has the ability to see a player's skills, provided they have permission. There are various search engines available to find new players, but I'm not sure about their effectiveness. Personally, I browse and manually save all this information.
