I seem to be the only one without a decent prospect atm and I really do need a couple of trainees soon. :(

I disagree, that's a decent batch of 16yo's...

In my academy, there's nothing noteworthy. None of the players show any potential to become good players.

It depends if they pop with talent, otherwise they will end up being fired as they will come out low. I hope a few have some talent…….i haven’t had a good youth for quite some time now. Di Canio was my last, and I only kept him because of the name because his distribution sucked unfortunately.

But to have that many 16yo's already with skill levels adequate+ is a pretty good start...half of the challenge is even getting 16yo's let alone having them be anywhere near that level.
