Calculates the talent of every player in your youth system, gives end ages, levels etc. Obviously it becomes more accurate the longer a player has been in the system.

I figured I'd get something out of 6 new juniors. Nope. Absolute crap.

Here are the juniors who arrived at my club today. It's a disaster.

I had a 16 yr old average with 31 weeks today…….5 others sacked as useless. This is the first good one of the season….and that’s only potentially.
