Asunto: »[U21] Election/Manager

2021-01-22 20:59:46
theres no misunderstanding........ i have said that Piotr done a good job previously, what i am saying again, for the last time .... is that half that team that played tonight werent Piotrs players... there was nothing built for the future when he left.. we are building now, me and the Scottish managers and people who train my players.
There are more players in the U21 from Scottish sides than ever before. :)

Piotr has his past, stop mentioning the future it has nothing to do with him, unless he wants to train a scottish u21?

I hear you but also the u21 is a perpetual cycle so of course it stands to reason that there won't be players available as they become too old?

i removed most of his 21 yr olds mate :(

JMPunk para wdp74
I think you need to back your manager and give him more time. Another 7 years should be enough. You will definitely win the WC again by then.

wdp74 para JMPunk
LOL go away
2021-01-22 22:22:41
Surely you would have had to remove them this season anyway?
2021-01-22 22:23:49
Not until the end if they were any good...

JMPunk para wdp74
I gave you plenty of chances to vote for JMPunk season after season. :)

I have no idea about the Scottish squad to be honest....Realistically they shouldn’t be as strong as they are with just 17 users....16.5 if you consider Punk ;)

U21 teams will be far more transient, by nature of the age cap - and so I'm not surprised that teams have to be continually changed.

And I agree with language. My Polish is limited to asking desperately for "Woda" one evening after 247872538956243569 shots of meths. Only in Poland would a group of 4 buy shots in 4x4 squares of 16 at the same time, when there is no queue at the bar...

lol, that's still better than my Polish ;)

When i was younger you used to drink Vodka in a glass, and the bottle was divided between the three and drank in one go ! after you would go to the club and drink more :P

I do think you are a good example of how you can improve as a manager.

Your time with the main England NT was a bit disappointing from what I remember. However, you learned from mistakes and showed what you are capable of with the Scotland U21s.

I voted for you, for shame ;)

It is true that i was training in England, not only did i qualify in the world cup twice, nothing out of the ordinary didn't happen. Today i like to play with younger player who are not perfect. To win the match you have to set them up well. The matches in Scotland helped me and the funniest thing is the more my team was not good the better i did. My passion to play with younger team players was shown by Woody, who is a multi successor and winner of the world cup. Today i would like to play with players up to 21 years old.
