Asunto: »[U21] Election/Manager

It is true that i was training in England, not only did i qualify in the world cup twice, nothing out of the ordinary didn't happen. Today i like to play with younger player who are not perfect. To win the match you have to set them up well. The matches in Scotland helped me and the funniest thing is the more my team was not good the better i did. My passion to play with younger team players was shown by Woody, who is a multi successor and winner of the world cup. Today i would like to play with players up to 21 years old.

i agree you have a passion to train and play u21s as me.... but can you train as well as you did for Scotland, with England youth?
i dont see the same kind of passion that you did for Scotland..... yet.
I understand because i have the same support and passion you did have at 1 time for Scotland... Maybe if i see some of that passion for Englands u21s i may change my opinion but for now it looks a bit desperate?
i think you would have liked to continue with Scotland apart from circumstances and maybe you thought no Strikers as you had mentioned before.

I don't want to talk about this topic too much, it is logic for me that when you train a country you want it to do well. When i was the trainee in Scotland i did not think about players in England, as you can see not one Scottish player is in my team. Now i am focused on England so you will see more English players, i do not understand your complain as in my team many reps of England. I would like to close the topic to do with Scotland, i did not have to train them towards the end when people where already hating on me. I would like to ask you are you focused more on Scotland or England. ?

I am focused on my England 18 yr old striker....I paid nearly 8 million for him....I am also focused on my Scotland u21s....apart from that my younger players in my team, nothing else...

Your 18 yr old comes from good stock ;)

* We missed Carter [red card] it forced Barmby into his postion and Walcott into his..... still expected to win that, lesson learn't for next time....
