Hello all, it's election time again

I'd like very much to stay in charge for the next 2 seasons, however if I do not qualify I would stand down

We have a beast of a 18yo Mid Will Walcott, who i've been playing maybe another manager wouldn't

We only have one 21yo keeper next season next best is 17!

Do you think other managers would have played players such as 37163926 quite so much though?

It is my honest opinion that it is now time for Bryan Robson to stand down! He has been in charge for many years now....not seasons! He has played his own players when they are not as good as others, a good example is Asprilla who has 29 CAPS!! He is not a good player, neither is Maguire who played in the last game....and neither is Andrew Davies. As a standard my 21 yr olds from this season who were far better players at 20 yr old than Asprilla achieved 27 caps (see Wallace and Greenwood).

In the past weeks I have spotted a few players that at 22 were too old for the u21 side but were clearly easily good enough for the u21 team. This means that the scouting in not being done properly and also on top of this the SAME tactic is used every match.

I feel it is time to give fresh blood a go, and try to get us above Scotland again. I have voted for the Polish user as they will have no players in the squad and will play the best players whilst also introducing some fresh tactics and ideas.

If a new English user decides to run then I shall vote for them, however it is very much time for a change now.

I have brought this up with the current manager and am happy as Aluminium above is to thrash this out in open for the whole community. I have been fully supportive of the current manager until I noticed these things over the past few months.

Please note the Polish person standing has great pedigree and experience. I maintain the role deserves someone with time to put in some fresh tactics etc. I personally do not have the time even though I have done it in the distant past myself. We need fresh blood and ideas, with a better scouting network!

funny this .. Reid was best Mid always in bottom form Asprilla was 1st or 2nd best mid in DATABASE as a 17yo,18yo,19,yo,20yo and used to be in top top form always!

I always start faster players namely asprilla davies and bring on slower players like Hoddle [who had 8 pace then 9 now just 10, if mr wpd74 wants to start slower less affective players well might he go for the job?

i have 10+ more justifications about the players i play, with all that's going on in the world he wants to have this pety argument it has gobsmacked me!
