Asunto: »[U21] Election/Manager

Nothis you are a good guy, I spoke to Bryan privately and was abused when I questioned how Asprilla has 29 caps....and asked how Maguire and Davies (both 19) were being played over 20 year olds.

Due to being abused by message I then came here on the forum and asked a question firstly on what was most important for a midfielder - Defending or Striker....I did not lead the response as I wanted genuine answers. These answers backed up my belief.

On further abuse I then then stated the facts of why I believe after 7 full years not Seasons Bryan should step aside for a new player to have a fresh approach as he does not seem to scout well!

An example of poor scouting for a 22 year old I noticed listed this season that was a fantastic defender...arguably would have been our best at 21 yrs old. He came from Gibbage's school and guess how many caps he had? ZERO!!!!!

Sokker is a game, and if Bryan is manager of the NT side then as in real life he should be able to answer genuine questions without abusing a player privately and then banning unfairly on the forums! Especially a player that has been a Moderator and an Admin in the past themselves!

I think you have known me long enough to know....

1) I have been nothing but supportive of Bryan during his time as U21 manager and even train solely English trainees.
2) As an ex staff member why would I suddenly alter my support without good reason?
3) If players that train players for the U21 squad have genuine questions why can they not be answered without abuse?

I trained Jordan Reid in whatever skill Bryan requested....he was in his words the strongest mid but never got a cap because form was too low in his words. So I sold him.....now Asprilla is on 29 caps and has the same low form....but he gets played so that in his words he can increase his form! What is the difference? ASPRILLA is his player!

I understand we need to get our opinions over and that's why we have a forum...... but this is tethering onto a witch hunt, which isn't healthy for anyone.

Did anyone mention to BR about that defender from Gibbages School?

if i see a good player who's not in either NT i send a link to either NT or U21. I agree a lot of scouting is involved in managing the National teams.. but im sure the database will be up to date.. does anyone know? i see the posts on the forum and it will go down to the vote... hopefully one way or another everyone getting this out and discussing it will let us go forward and getting the best for players

The player mentioned I saw on the TL as a 22 year old. Without question he would have been our best 21 defender or certainly in the top 3, imo probably the best though. He had zero caps. I messaged Gibbage about the player as it was from his school.

The issue is he stood out like a sore thumb, it would not take a lot of scouting to find these players, arguably it is easier now than ever due to lower team numbers and less schools to trawl through?

I can't read what he says anymore, i'm not going down that road again, he's bound to be going on about the only mistake i made and it was small, i said had he been smoking gringo, my own experience in past with that stuff is it's very arguementative.

There's much horror going on in the world yet this seems to mean so much to you, all this, untold private mails you think you not said anything disrespectful? utterley disrespectful! sorry but this is not very important at all in the scale of things, so I'll leave you to it, i have not read any of your latest mails to me too.

I find this very interesting.

Firstly I have and so has Gibbage not one but many mistakes.

Secondly as with the past, when Gibbage has called you on the forum you just choose to ignore it.....now you are doing the same...simply because you cannot qualify your double standards.

Thirdly, yes there are more important things going on in the world, however you have a role, that you have a duty to fulfil as a Moderator and as manager of the U21....it would appear you are happy to abuse the powers of both roles? If you cannot fulfil these properly you should stand down from both.

Can you explain the following please Bryan Robson? Why do the players below have the same number of U21 caps?

Andrew Davies - 19 years old - Value 193,800 - Form Superdivine (8 CAPS)
Mark Maguire - 19 years old - Value 133050 - Form Very Good (8 CAPS)
Craig Carter - 20 Years old - Value 273900 - Form - Unearthly (8 CAPS)

As stated in another thread Carter is our best 20 yr old midfielder according to the fact that 5/5 people rate defending on mids over striking. I won't count Asprilla in the above even though he has amassed an incredible 29 x U21 Caps and is worse than Carter......

For the benefit of the voting public please do divulge how this has happened? Oh and Maguire got a rating of 39 as a midfielder last England u21 game and I believe is a defender?

Still not read anything , but i've been told of this gibbage player , gibbage don't give skills out to anyone at all , and other players i've been told your mentioning couldnt get skills for or were 1 skill players like magical pace average rest

You are saying you don't know Gibbage? Ok.....well Gibbage is Aluminium and he was in this game and a staff member before either of us even entered the game, and frankly he is more respected within the game than either of us......I include myself there too.

I also know for a fact that he would never refuse to give you skills of a player, so that is a lie......and you can ask any Admin within the game that knows him.

Is anyone else upto anything nice for Christmas?? :P

As some of You know, I'm running for a coach of English U21 National Team.

I do not know the coaching style of Bryan Robson, so I will not say, I would be better - I would try to introduce myself:

- 36yo
- football fan (who woud have guessed - in footballgame :P)
- former forum moderator (M) in sokker
- former coach of U21 Poland (6 seasons, 3x WC stage, 2x World Champion winner)
- former coach of U21 Czech Republic (2 seasons, 1x World Cup stage - it was few years ago, when They were much more weaker than now)
- forum bandit (in the past)

About my coaching idea/plans:
- lot of scouting (when You are Romania or Poland, You should scout, when You are any other team, You scout or You die)
- using various of tactics: for example 4-5-1 / 5-3-2 / 4-4-2. With wingers or without them.
- planning to qualify to the next U21 World Cup
- create a group of users who will train english youth players. There is no hope to develop English NT, when there are no users who will help You/Us in that. First of all - GK - I did not find good english GK younger then 20yo. Goalie is a main position on the sokker pitch.

Your English is very good, I have asked questions in your election post. It is good that you have posted in the forum!

Ask terrion if I give him the skills of Tamir Omokua. Or the Columbian scout for Juan Felipe Pabón. Or even the Italian U21 coach who I have sent skills for Bruto Parzanese

Or even any England NT manager whether I refused to give skills out for.

The other candiate and his friends would get a huge shock if any of them were the mananger at just how poor our side are, the marks totally decieve the side I'm am just a master at putting them in the right place.

I've heard of talk of we could be 15th ranked wow you'll have to get everybody training what he wants somthing i've done all along and dosn't work very well as nobody cares much only of there own team, there are some that do help you know who you are, and thanks to them we are much higher ranked.

I say we are really around 40th, I took us from 55th to 22nd and stayed around there for many seasons I drew with romania 1-1 in qualifiers i've drawn with czech rep 0-0 in qualifier the team has deteriorated but i feel you think its me?? I've asked for skills been very polite, hunted high and low every season you could do no more than me, we could be alot better if we got about 10 more teams helping .... thats the real job and i've also been the only one doing that along with trying to help newbies in private mails
I think wdp74 must be next U21 manager so he can know how it is
