Asunto: »[U21] Election/Manager

The other candiate and his friends would get a huge shock if any of them were the mananger at just how poor our side are, the marks totally decieve the side I'm am just a master at putting them in the right place.

I've heard of talk of we could be 15th ranked wow you'll have to get everybody training what he wants somthing i've done all along and dosn't work very well as nobody cares much only of there own team, there are some that do help you know who you are, and thanks to them we are much higher ranked.

I say we are really around 40th, I took us from 55th to 22nd and stayed around there for many seasons I drew with romania 1-1 in qualifiers i've drawn with czech rep 0-0 in qualifier the team has deteriorated but i feel you think its me?? I've asked for skills been very polite, hunted high and low every season you could do no more than me, we could be alot better if we got about 10 more teams helping .... thats the real job and i've also been the only one doing that along with trying to help newbies in private mails

Do you not realise it is devisive posts like this that are the problem?

These are all things that you should have been bringing up in the election as to say why you should be U21 manager. The elections are over and yet you carry on making posts like this. Everyone has an opinion on the U21s including yourself, no one knows for sure who is right or wrong as we can't all do the job at once, but you should be looking to galvanise what resources are available rather than throwing a wobbly because there have been disagreements with the choices you have made.

Dude, instead of talking these things... just make a good season, have a good relationship with your community and make your work, simple...
I think that if you were more communicative, you would not need to do things alone as you said, it is my opinion ..
If you think work in a community with 88 users is difficult and ''real job'', well... give this job to me then... I will love working in a community like that... lol

I agree with Gibbage and Woody.

Now that you have got that off your chest, sort your sh!t out and get on with the job. If you need something doing post it and see what happens.

Stewing at home in your own juices won`t bring results or a good end to your long career to England under 21 management!

It's fine , it's only my arch enemy Gibbage as per , and 1 new one the rest are fine .... and when i leave the u21's therewill be no stress anymore for me :)

maybe because I take working with National Teams seriously, I know more about Your U21, than You think. As You read on english forum, I knew some player skills, I have done my homework.

Your Team had 2 shots despite the fact, that 3 great strikers played (Walker-Peters - isn't he ~ 3x 13lvl or higher, right?) so do not blame only the players.


And Yes - I belive that, English Youth Team can be ~ 15 in rank in 2-3 seasons. As a NT coach, You should belive in that also.
English community is not big, but as for actual sokker "standards", it's not small.

Bryan it is not about being mad at all of us but give us time to help one another, we need to be one team not many. Do what you have to do qualify and do well for the world cup. After that we should work together so that England can work together and get the most success.
