Oh here we go again, always answering what you want to answer.......I will bullet point for you as you clearly have issues reading:

1) It has been proven that you have missed players that should have played for the u21, as early as last week Piotr got the skills for a player that had not yet played but was better than you were playing.
2) Please tell me how you have done well and where are your fan club to speak up?
3) Tactically you set the team up every week! Do you have such little time for the role that you cannot at least try to set up differently for games?
4) You have factually given your own inferior players caps and additional training even if only as a sub, Asprilla is just one, but you are still playing Davies who at 20 years old I do not believe is as good as 21 year olds available.
5) England are 28th in the world and are 18th user base wise in the world, please do explain how your achievements here are so good? There are 4 countries with as little as 8 users more than us too.......
6) Yes there are less players now and less users in England, however that is the same in EVERY country....so please stop using this as an excuse.
7) Having a smaller user base it should be far easier to not miss players.
8) As the U21 manager for 7 years...yes 7 years.....it should have been your duty to request help scouting if you could not do that.
9) It is your duty to try and organise the community and encourage more youth schools in England. Look at what a fantastic job Piotr did with Scotland...and how strong a side he left for Nothis to take over!
10) Encourage the community to get involved by posting updates etc.
11) Every group should theoretically be easy to get out of because we should be the 2nd biggest team, however drop much further and you'll make England ranked 3rd in groups.
12) You are correct I did stop playing for a long time, but I maintained a youth school every week and did so to help ensure England continued having more players.....funnily enough I still have won more than you, but that is not important to me...although thanks for bringing it up! ;)
13) You complain about your tools after making no effort in the election and only speaking out afterwards.....you should have stood down if you did not have the time to commit.
14) You stated I should go for the role, I would have stood this season however I don't have the time, I cannot make tactics currently due to Flash etc, so if I cannot do the job properly....like when I was an Admin I stood down when I could not commit to the role properly.

I had decided to just let you get on with it, and had stated to others I would not comment....your posts above obviously countered that.

Factually I have supported you in the past. I would also support you if you had accepted that you played players that should not have been played and not scouted properly. All I asked for was professionalism in your role:

1) Scout
2) Organise
3) Communicate
4) Set tactics and discuss
5) Not abuse your power as manager or as Moderator.

It was not just myself that feels this, only Gibbage has been vocal however. Good luck with your season...I hope you qualify and not leave with a legacy of being lower than Nothis and Scotland. ;)

#9 I agree Piotr done a fantastic job 100% but leaving me a great squad.........hmm
I am now having to bring through some younger talent and get rid of some of the 21 yr olds. It is good to see the Scottish managers training and I'm hoping the future will be bright :)

Piotr got Scotland higher [not that it matters] because he played 21yo's v 20yo's all last season anyone can do that plus scottish users obviously helped him, whereas people like yourself just sold every junior they had and never trained any, lots of users left game killing our pleyers with them before they were good enough to cap

Well my point is that looking at your ratings for a country of 17 users you have a good setup to take onboard.

It 100% has been proven that you have missed players as 2 defenders now too old but easily good enough for 21’s and probably would have been too 2 in skills were both seen on the TL and neither had a single cap....unlike the God known as Asprilla with the incredible 29 caps! One of the defenders was from Gibbage’s old team and was Unearthly defence, unearthly pace and had good secondaries and form.......

All you ever say is you know nothing....just missing the Jon Snow at the end mate. Nothing is ever posted by you to back yourself up. Piotr posted a player a week back and he was not playing over a worse player that we saw both skills of.

As to you bringing in someone who will entertain me.....what does that actually mean?

Oh and I do NOT believe you. There is NO WAY we were ever 55 in the world, please prove this. We would have to lose 2 seasons worth of matches for that to happen, when I managed the team which was not that long before you we were hovering around no.10 to 14 in the world. You are actually making yourself sound rather silly with that statement.

If it wasn't for me we'd be way worse, the main NT team much worse, if you don't know that proves how little you know now, your an old team from the past who's just woke up and started playing again, big huge gap of information your missing

I wonder why less help? Could be the total lack of someone to bring interest to the NT.......when I did it people got involved and I requested help scouting...back then there were more players and more to scout.

I carried on in the background and kept producing youth players, I knew exactly where we were. You have done it for 7 years....and while you may have done a decent job in the past....you have not covered yourself in glory lately by playing your inferior players over others and not scouting properly or ever changing tactic. It is point,Ed’s having to say the same thing over and over again.

You trained none in all that time, that is not help by any means, you could have trained 22 down there in division 5/6 as you have not helped much i must understand the value off you in comaprison & not let you get to me anymore, game over
