You trained none in all that time, that is not help by any means, you could have trained 22 down there in division 5/6 as you have not helped much i must understand the value off you in comaprison & not let you get to me anymore, game over

Shouldn't you be valuing any help because one person doesn't make a team. Anyone who trains any NT players should be valued, not just dismissed because you don't like them etc.

Haha you are hilarious, in that time I believe I had quite a few u21 players from my youth school and full NT players too. So to say they were of no value show how obtuse you are! I believe on the whole they were keepers....but as you say game over. Division 5 and 6......ok then......you state I know nothing but England has been no more than Division 3 for ages. As you say though game over lmao.

Stop digging BR....you are making that hole bigger by the post! Just leave it at that....you clearly have better things to do with your time as U21 coach like scouting and creating great tactics........oh wait.....

You have just listed 21 or 22 teams there that help out, so why did you say we have less helping than Scotland's 17 users?

I am fairly certain you could get a lot more help and there could have been a recruitment drive, a thread for welcoming new users and trying to tempt them to open a youth school etc. That certainly happened in the past. All you seem to throw at me is I know nothing.......well that is fine but I have given you a few ideas at least of things that happened in the past....and as a Moderator I used to message all new players welcoming them and asking if they needed help and pointing them to the Forum.

So much more could and should be done in your dual roles.....and that is not insulting. It is based on experience as an Ex-Moderator, Admin and U21 Manager.

Not once in the 4-5 years I have been training have you asked for help scouting etc, or with tactics. Yu have created very much a closed door policy which is probably why you are now finding it harder and plummeting down the rankings.

Despite what you think I did have respect for you and also did support you before the last season or so where I noticed certain things that were not ethical....and had you reacted differently in the private messages would have continued to do so.

I've not been back long enough to know what's been going on for the last 4+ years, so I'm can't comment but I agree with nothis that we need to avoid these discussions getting personal...

I also didn't buy a big enough bag of popcorn for that...

Overall, i do not want to comment on this situation but i know that to get something done good, you need teamwork. WPD74, in my opinion it is good to look at the problems in my opinion it is not an attack on BR. To get the better result in England, it is to forget about everything and work together.
