You could well get drawn against the best team in the competition given your current ranking which could mean a 80+ average opponent.

BR will surprise us all and reach R3, further than either of us have managed!

You'll beat 2 x 80 rating points teams, but then lose to one getting 50s. So all will be right in the world in the end.

Booo. That was my first cup game since returning....I'm out, my star player was injured for 28 days (and therefore sacked) another is now banned for my league game. All over dismality.

So a good night then?.........

The only solice for me is that I buy players for £0 to £10k and as such when they get 4 week injuries it’s cheaper to sack them than keep them!!!! I’m slowly clearly sokker out of excess low value players!!!

Give it a couple of weeks and hopefully en panic and co will stop sweeping off the market. It's frustrating sokker doesn't do anything about these users. Some have 60 players in their squad, just buy and sell, that's their game really.

I expect to be out in R2.

I do finally have a R2 game I can win, but in the grand scheme of things I'd rather play my reserves. If I got to R3 I would be using first team for the cup, but have a trickier round 1 league game and don't want to sacrifice training.

good luck to both finalists , although Herbs injured my 19 yr old in our cup match so minus 1 point ;)
