How is Derbin holding up these days? Guessing skill declines hitting him hard now.

Now it's definitely my last match in the cup because I'm playing against wdp74. The good news is that I'll be looking to set the ticket prices as high as possible to make some profit :)

Derbin is now a weak player unfortunately, he was such a star but as you suggest the age skill decline has been hard. He was a brilliant player, iirc he was divine, divine, divine but with magical pm and passing.

Is he as good as MLT?

Good to see Derbin still in form despite his age. I had the pleasure of using his services at NT Poland :-)

He was so good for so long! I think it was at 34 he was still very much a solid player, now he's just a reserve when needed and needs replacing but I have been so busy with work and my house renovations that I haven't got around to doing so.

Arguably a better winger than striker these days.

You're probably right tbh. When in his pomp it was superb watching him because he'd often pass to a player in a better position even set to ATT. I think he was the best player I ever owned so far.

Kind of player that won't be seen again. Only 17 caps for the NT, if he was English would have had at least 100.

Poland has such a good squad that the only problem it has is the form of the players :p
