Sir Brave heart this is my weakest squad at the moment. Additionally, I have no free slots for training, no players to train for the U21 team, and ultimately, this is my team. So, if you don’t mind, I’ll be the one making the decisions:P

Nothis, what’s the point of training more than ten players if only they receive full training? It’s like trying to work on ten jobs at once and not doing any of them properly.

You've got your team into a good position of late. Slow incremental improvement, to point now where it is pretty strong.

I’m at a slightly different stage. I’m building a team to win the English Championship. I have the money and could spend it, but that doesn’t interest me. I currently have eight English players, six of whom could soon feature in the England national team. Importantly, there are also players from my academy, and I’m focused on maximizing their development.

6 own academy players being trained is for the weak.

I've got 10 academy players in AT slots :P No mercenaries here!

Some people don't even train one player, so don't say someone is weak :P

I am jealous, my academy has produced absolutely nothing for 5 seasons so I have had zero choice in the matter. :(

All of my hard work was done in the past, but now I have to work hard to produce another decent team for the future.

Got a much trickier game for R3. Possibly be out at that point, not sacrificing training for the cup. It will be close though so might stretch out another round.

I’m in a similar situation. Currently, I can’t even fill the maximum limit in my academy. Moreover, those who are there don’t give any hope for improvement. Training just for the sake of training seems pointless.

I now have more in my school than for many years but it will depend on talent to see of they become useful. My fingers are crossed.....my last decent youth was Hunter Lee-Freedman.
