Today in Poland we celebrate the National Flag Day – the white and red.
Additionally, the Polish Cup final took place today.
It was a fantastic match, with an incredible atmosphere and a celebration for every Pole.

Tomorrow, Poland celebrates another very important day – the Constitution Day (May 3rd),
commemorating the adoption of the Polish Constitution of 1791, the first in Europe and second in the world.
It’s part of a long May weekend, which is a special and patriotic time for many people across the country.

And next week we have another important day – the FA Cup Final!
Widzew vs Thamesmead Town FC – I hope it will be a true celebration of football! :)

In real football history, RTS Widzew Łódź has never officially won a match against Manchester United, but the two teams did face each other once in the 1980/81 UEFA Cup:

Thanks to the away goal, Widzew advanced to the next round, eliminating Manchester United.

Won against Legia 1-0. At the moment my team seem to be struggling to score their chances ........ I am happy to win the match though and make another final. I would think Piotr is favourite atm given how he is dominating matches and scoring more than we seem to be able to. Hopefully it will be a good game, and I do think at the moment the 2 strongest teams have made the final. Hard luck to both Bryan and Aligator.

Wdp, for the good of English football, you have to lose in the FA Cup final — that way we’ll have two teams in European competitions! ;)

Yes, but because I have won both the league and cup for the last 11 seasons it's only been my team that has competed. :/
