95-98% of English sides exit the CC by round 2.

The best teams used to go out in R1 on a regular basis. I made R2 twice I think.

I don't think tcd ever passed R1 ;)

We did pass R1, just not very often (only 3 times) ;-)
But the main reason we always struggled in the CC were that I always used the end of the season and the start of the new season to recycle my team. That meant that we were always way weaker than we needed to be to be able to compete in the CC. It also didn't help that I actually forgot about the competition one season until my match had already been played. No need to say the outcome of that ;-)

Well, even with those excuses it would appear that we reached R2 on more occasions than yourself with less attempts too ;-) So what were your excuse? :-)

The CC didn't exist for most of my title wins.

My early days I would probably have done pretty well. I think I had either 4 or 5 entries. It wasn't really that many. Winning 5 on the bounce netted me no appearances at all.

So when did the CC begin?

I was shocked roma beat Lodz... so on that basis..... polish could win on pens or in extra time


Brian im also in shock but in this season i wanted the team to be younger so the results of mine are shocking. My last league match was thanks to the game. I hope that at the end of season i gain enough points so i can stay in premier ship

The game is trying to test me this season, what i do everything overturns against me. Once again i got a red card and the opponent gets two penalties. The worst is that i do not feel weaker but my players still will not shoot into the goal. I need to take a deep breath cause im getting angry. This has been happening since the start of the season !

I just want to stay up as my mids are all very young and not very good yet.......my form is dipping throughout the team worryingly.

The beautiful game does get to you at times... luck eh ... hang on in there it will turn around!
