Would be nice to see teams getting 70+ ratings in England. Does seem those days are long gone.

winning it with lower average score takes skill, piotrs side has lowest average age! i wish we all trained some english youth properly in the premiership and whatever anything else

If only there were NT coaches that would push this agenda. Sadly it would seem the main NT coach doesn't even bother posting. The other who has been in the role so long seems quite happy to sit on auto pilot the whole time.

For your proposition i would like to train English players, but for now i do not have the exact size and qualifications from players. My junior academy doesn't have materials for future trainings.

Not sure what you mean about training English players? You 100% should train English players as I am sure you would do a great job! With regards to U21, maybe instead of getting Scotland above us you should look at taking the English U21 as high as you can? Robbo has done a fine job but probably could do with a rest?

For a moment i had a plan to come back to England, but when i was speaking earlier to Brian he is building the next generation of players and he wants get a better score with them. The earliest i can come back is in 2 seasons that is like a gentleman agreement among me and Brain. In this season i had an opportunity to do a season in Poland so i will try and stay to that for the time being, if obviously i win the election. When i have the right English player i will like to train and help out. Maybe, it is possible to create a project in rebuilding England up.

He has had 7 continuous years in the job. I think that's more than long enough for anyone. If you can do what you did with Scotland which only has a small pool of resources, then you should be able to do a better job with England and a larger player base. It would be selfish of BR not to step aside.

I respect Brian, if it wasn't for him England would be significantly weaker. If their is a possibility then i will come back to England, but for now i am going to Poland to try and do the best results. What i can propose is we can start to train more English players, by playing them in Premier league.

Earlier in the season I thought Brian had said to me that he was going to stand down, but it was after a loss and maybe didn't mean it. ;)

Piotr your playing 21yo's everyone else is playing 20yo's for next season , i could be higher than you if i did that, it is not about that, your going to leave the next manager a really impossible job

I Think [if alligator does not qualify] Piotr should go for the main England job, he is 'alive' in the forum

If I don't qualify I would always of stood down, this time i got to the 2nd round and lost to 2nd ranked team czech rep 2-0, I really fancy doing well in the next 2 seasons, and have put alot into it.

Fair enough, but I was certain earlier I'm the season...I think after the Israel defeat you said you'd had enough?

yeah i wasn't happy after that defeat, thought maybe that was that, but we qualified and left that behind
