Asunto: Fork Handles or Four Candles

many seasons on i still dont know , is it dont hire more than 3 coaches altogether 3 assistant coaches , a head coach 3 assistant coaches and a junior coach....AAARGH!. at the moment i have a head coach , 3 assistants underneath him (literally and figuratively) and a junior coach on the right of those. please finally let me know ....does the junior coach count as an assistant or is he his own entity.....many many thanks

assistants are assistants and junior coach isn't. so you can have 3 coaches - main coach, 3 assistants and YS coach.

can u hire a 6th coach but have him under NO ASSIGNMENT so that hes not actually working and therefore not causing any arguments on the right under junior coach.....so u own the coach and can swap him in and out but always have 1 coach in the NO ASSIGNMENT section so u never technically have to many coaches actually working at any point..?????????????

There is no good reason to have a 6th unassigned coach. Unless you like wasting money.

Did that for at a least month by accident. Wondered why I could not balance the books and found a coach on +20k not doing anything!

the money aside tho........it DOESNT cause a problem between them and affect training if i do have an unassigned 6th coach then....????

Slightly off topic - does anybody have a coach aged 100 or more yet? My oldest is 96, just wondering if the extra digit will destroy the universe.

No but I've seen a 102yo probably 104/5 now

I got my first 100yo this season. Must have built up a nice pension with that salary.
