With this new training, either you play all 3 games with best all older players certainly towards end of cup risk injury more, and train less loosing lot's of money along the way, [keeping older players bought at highest ever value]
Or Bedzin and Thamesmead, Bramford, Forestman [when he get's here] and others have to train more players and some younger.
You'll need to make your own as you won't be able to afford the quality in the Transfer market and older players take longer to recover, in this system [2-3 games a week] that's turdbag + dosn't seem the depth in the TM anymore hasn't been for sometime!
It's a different game now

I suspect the way will be blended training. So training half players from first team, half reserves and the reserves to replace the olds. For top tier you'd train a first XI of the same age, but problem may be not enough players around. Certainly less incentive to sell quality juniors than before as it is possible for anyone to train them, as an example me getting a GK wouldn't have been much good in the past, all of a sudden can be a useful trainee.
Might mean older players see a value hit, younger ones increase in the long run but very hard to predict.

Also Partying in your U23's dosn't hinder you half as much than bingeing in your late 20's early 30's
I say make U21's much less susceptible to injury, U23's a little bit more and so on and leave 29's+ as they are so the best teams stop filling up with players aged 27-31yo , I'm sure others feel same way but I know for sure some won't like
This will help the U21 NT players , AND the better bigger NT teams will play younger players and the smaller will player same and this will close the gap somtimes, as they will suffer more injury problems the lesser user NT teams.
I've changed my mind somewhat

You seem obsessed with my team, I don’t have that many older players…..I have money to spend and have waited to see what the system change will be, which I have explained a few times maybe more.
As I've said before, your days of glory are clearly numbered!
If I really wanted to I could have quit years ago, I bought my mid trainees seasons ago and maintained 3rd or 4th with div 3 standards mids, now they are better my team is succeeding. I have plenty of money to spend, an England mid to sell to fund more….yes I might lose some quality, but I don’t care lol
Some are more worried about my team than theirs….and again that’s not aimed at you :p

I like your optimism Mr Robson. My team is seasons and seasons and seasons and seasons away from any chance of considering a chance of making the Prem.
I think new training regime will favour the richest teams - create a bigger gap - as effectively teams need to be able to afford to have more trainees than in the past. Also changes dynamics with regard to keeper training as everyone will be able to train keepers.

Ok so I have not even been on until now….I haven’t posted anything and I have a duplicated message over 10 hours after, not sure how that’s possible?
