the basics aren't a massive difference....

90 mins friendly - without ADV training = 70%
90 mins friendly - WITH ADV training = 85%

use it to all your best advantages :P

I think the players selected for advanced training get much more "training intensity" than those not selected for advanced training. Similar to the old system where GT was a lot less effective than positional training.

From what I have read on the international boards, it seems that the intensity of non-advanced training is about 20% that of advanced training. The percentage shown on the new training page is the percentage training gain for the type of training (normal or advanced) so 70% for a player not selected for advanced training would equate to about 20% of the training gained by a player showing 70% who has been picked for advanced training.

I haven't explained that very well I'm afraid but hopefully you get the gist.

Once again, this is my interpretation and I stand to be corrected by those with more insight.

Has anyone trained pace this week?

If so what percentage did you get for 90 mins friendly without ADV training? and how much with?
2022-07-24 19:56:32
Percentages are percentages mate ;)
2022-07-24 19:57:34
But percentages of 2 different things.

so 70% for a player not selected for advanced training would equate to about 20% of the training gained by a player showing 70% who has been picked for advanced training.

And a player who plays no minutes gets 50% training at a higher intensity? if gets ADV training

asking for a friend................. ;)

Yes, that's what I am lead to believe.

I suppose we will just have to wait & see ;)

i am hoping that you are wrong, but understand what you mean about the advanced training. And as you said, we will need to wait and see ;)

From training today, I don't think I've had the new type of training. I trained pace last week, it appears I've had that train this week, at least according to the graphs I have and the pops too.

Same. I had stamina as I was still involved in the FA Cup and still playing the senior players. Then I changed when the new training came on. But I only got pops for stamina. Nevertheless, my players are a bunch of lazy bastards and probably skipped the training.
Let's hope this week we'll see something happening.

2022-07-28 09:38:00
you're right, there's no red in form either!
2022-07-28 10:06:22
Graphs aren't correct, but training has definitely changed from what was there first thing.
2022-07-28 10:09:09

More than ever before with the Transfer market being the way it is and the way it will be for good now, your gonna have to train a 1 or 2 of your top juniors yourself if you want a 7million+ player or buy in a few youth to train to be 7 mill+ players one day

Before you had 4 x 3.5 mill players
today's terms is 2 x 7 mill players

Most team will lack more quality as won't be able to afford anymore
You must make the quality , with quality Coaches, then sell for profits

My team has been minus 200k every 2 weeks for many seasons, but i make so much via training buying selling it dosn't effect me, mines all on rotor , but other teams must start somwhere or the gap will widen

You probably don't know about the news, but today Raul finally wrote something about the changes. There will be amendments:

"In recent weeks, we have been reading through your comments on the training speed change.
After analysing the situation, we acknowledge that the changes to the algorithm have proved too much in terms of reducing the speed of training and we want to improve this.

In the coming weeks, we will be making changes that will improve training and make it faster. We will use the following tools to do this:
1. we will increase the speed of low and medium level skils, while skils at the upper end of the scale (the closer to divine) will still be difficult to train. It is logical that the best skils in the game should be difficult to access, this is part of the counteraction to the occurrence of multi-divine players. Nevertheless, the other skils will be trained even faster than they were before the reform.
2. general training (side jumps) will be accelerated by 50%, ensuring more side jumps.
3. one more skill will eventually be added (and the scale will be 20 steps, ranging from 1-20) - the galactic skill, which we will insert between unearthly and divine. This change is more time-consuming and will be introduced a little later.

We hope that this approach to training will be a good response to the dissatisfaction that has arisen, Thursdays will remain green and exciting for players, and at the same time will allow us to meet our goals to make players in the game more diverse (and not multi-divine)."
