20k? You'll be lucky. I think the most I've gotten is 15k.
Try to find the biggest team you can and play at their stadium. I'd avoid friendly leagues, you tend to earn less.

last season i got couple times 20-22k, usually im finding 12-18k, but also see people in PL who earning around 30-40k for friendly
