one thing, which I did not mention about before (I really forgot) is that I also was a coach of Slovenija senior NT (~ 2016 year) and CrnaGora (~ 2017). With senior CrnaGora i played on WC, (we beat Romania even), but we did not get out group stage.
This is the proof, that I'm not affraid of coaching teams weaker than Poland :)

Why such a good player never played ? Very good defender, I used similiar defenders to him in polish U21

It's an issue that has come up before. It's either non existent scouting, or perhaps something to do with the origin of the player.

This is the issue I have currently with the existing manager who I believe should step down after 7 years in charge.......there was another extremely good defender from Gibbage's youth team that never got a cap.

Well I hear what you and Gibbage have been saying but I don`t agree with the way you have gone about it.

You guys have raised issues but where are the solutions? Yes I know you guys did it all years ago and better. Its 2021 now though. I certainly don`t agree with a forum ban for you though that was just plain desperately silly and he should publicly give an apology for that.

I think we have deduced that scouting is crap and makes Bryan feel like he can play his own players but if we don`t help him what do we expect? He certainly is not a God of Sokker but he has not made you think you need to step up and be counted either or indeed so many others on here. Me included!

Lets see if there is a better solution to this rather than what has occurred over the last few weeks.

Perhaps we need a director of football or community action to support the two England managers? How can we do/ be better?

Hi Truffs, if you feel I went about it the wrong then that is fair enough. I did actually speak to BR via private messages first however. Then he did not like what I was saying...therefore I had in my opinion no other option than to raise my concerns here on the forum. Gibbage had actually said things on a number of occasions for a while now though.

BR has don't the role for 7 years now, that a huge amount of time, and he is asking for another 2 seasons.....part of my opposition to this is the fact there have now been 2 extremely good defenders that are now 22 and 23 without a cap to their name that should never have been the case.

As for what I did in the past....it was ages ago and the community was far more active with more teams and players to scout...so it was harder, however I did have a couple of people help with scouting....at what stage has BR asked for help?

With regards to my ban of course it was wrong but it has happened and I am not fussed about it any longer as it was overturned straight away by Admins.

I would have another go at the role myself but right now I can't as work is too busy and frankly I wasn't sure what was happening to the game engine and working on new tactics etc.

Lets wait and see what happens, with only 12 votes from England it is not a large number and arguably he could get back in. I will not specifically train English players if he remains in charge as I sold arguably the best of the 20 year old mids due to 0 caps when BR's mid has 29 caps.......I believe we need fresh blood in charge and with a number of Polish players in England anyway, and given pazdzierz previous experience I feel it could work well.
