Asunto: [u21] pazdzierz84 - the future is now

Good campaign Padz.....just bad luck. At least you got conversation going on the campaign and made a speech etc.

I tried bringing up the issues with BR in private mails.......after abuse I then took things up here and he banned me without reason. Should I back him after 7 years in charge? We are 27th in the world! There are 18 countries with more teams than us only and I believe 3 or 4 of those are in the 90's only. I am putting this here because there has been no discussion or apology around this.

no problem - this is not my first defeat. But I have to say, I was very interested in working with Your U21, I see big chances to build much better team than now

also still training 2 young english DEF's :)

We don't even get a "I hate you all - now I'm going concede walkovers every game boohahahahah" just the deafly sound of silence in England from both managers.

Well I have written to them both and had replies so its up to us.

Not sure I agree it is up to us Truffs.....when I was u21 manager there were weekly updates, a clear plan of action and that was when we had more active teams and players to choose from.....it is great you are messaging managers to help but it should not be that way around imo.

That’s a fair opinion and certainly valid. In the workplace when you are given a tricky task (and this feels a tricky task given our ranking and numbers) you can ask and receive help and chances are you would be part of a project team too.

I suspect that people who are younger are also taught to work as team rather than in my day when you prepared for exams but that’s by the by.

I think to get anywhere as a smaller nation in sokker we will need the community to work together with the managers.

So in your day who did the plans and the updates?

Ok there are various parts to this answer....

Firstly we are ranked 27th in the world but there are only. We have 88 users (not sure how many are active?) There are 20 countries with more users, however 4 countries are in the 90's only, with another 3 country between 100 and 110 users. We should not be as low as 27th.

When I was u21 manager I had already asked people to help with scouting etc. There were set people who trained set positions too.

Without a doubt it requires teamwork to build the nations ranking.....however it cannot be masked that the same tactic has been used in every match for so long that every team we face knows how we will play.

On top of this we have 20 year olds with the same number of caps as our best 21 yr old midfielder......I am unsure what to make of this?

With regards to my help.....I have trained mids for a lot of seasons now and always trained the skills requested by the manager.

True. As I see it, in few seasons England u21 can be 10-15 in rank. You should be more optimistic, England is a home of football, right? :)
