One thing sorely lacking is any kind of general match discussions for your own teams!

Thought would get something going:

- What are your aims for the seasons? I have no aims tbh....I stayed to train English players. I am currently deciding whether to stay.
- Where do you expect to get in the cup? Again last season I made the semi but I don't expect to get that far this season.
- What position do you think you will finish in the league? I hope to stay up, but have no chance of winning the division.
- Any players or other things you want to discuss? Nothing great due from the youth school, Carter is my only U21 player having sold the unplayable Jordan Reid last season, I will be looking for new trainees if I stay

I expect you to stay.... you have produced my Striker and other players

you need to be behind both NT managers and keep producing the players you have

if there is an issue with players being played who shouldnt have been then you bring it up and we deal with it

but England need your support , either that or you train a scottish player :)

Training a Scot might be of interest ;)

Let me know if any mids come out of their schools. I will decide whether to stay based on the changes made in the game.

Glad to see people wanting to increase activity in the forums. Haven't said much since I joined but happy to get involved, I'm still pretty new but would be great to see the national teams do well. I've been trying to train English players and have a few juniors that are looking pretty good.

- What are your aims for the seasons?
To continue growing the club, trim the squad down and keep trying for promotion. Disappointed to lose the title last season on the final day.

- Where do you expect to get in the cup?
Probably go out in the next round.

- What position do you think you will finish in the league?
Hopefully first having just beat the highest ranked side but it's very close in terms of quality with the teams.

- Any players or other things you want to discuss?
Bit random but wondering when each level of stamina begins to affect players during a game?

The junior I'm most excited about is this guy. He's a striker and has looked good in the junior league so really hoping he doesn't have weird stats.

Unfortunately not a straight forward question. On GKs it doesn't make a lot of difference (maybe a smidge if you get into extra time). A lot depends on how active a player is, the busier a player is the more stamina they use. The only issue with training stamina on young players is it can feel wasted, as they train the same speed regardless of age. It's usually the second half where you see lower stamina vs oppositions kicking in.

yeah from memory agree seems to be low value for keepers but really useful for active outfield players. I always liked training stamina if I only had 1 game as you lose less general training.

I already went out - as is tradition. Stuck the 1st team out (as stamina training anyway), no where near though.
