We played quite a good match today, but the result is unfavorable. We were leading 1-0 but ended up losing 1-2. Once again, our players a not shoot score into an empty goal.

Only Hugh Grubb has quite decent statistics, and he's not even the best striker. The lack of effectiveness from our players sometimes prevents us from winning evenly matched games. The most painful losses are in matches where we're not weaker than the opponent.

Leon Musk is due a Double pop soon, and now I am not playing him in def with att orders I hope his form goes up

Leon Musk is the best striker in the U21 England team, but he's not scoring goals. Surely, his poor form isn't helping him.

Unlucky Piotr. You appeared to be the better side but still lost! Did your tactics change during the game? You looked a little defensive, so I was wondering if you tried pushing the players into a more advanced position?

Unlucky mate. You've had some decent results recently and had good results. As long as you can learn from today's game, its not all to waste :)

When you get the time mate, can you post the required U21 skill level for each positions, please?

The fundamentals of tactics are similar, but formations are shifted. I think the midfield line should be slightly lower positioned on the field.

The winger also had slightly different tasks in certain areas of the field. I don't want to discuss publicly to avoid revealing tactics before upcoming matches.

That's a fair point. You don't want to share tactics etc on a forum! :)

Thats not a great match for us, what happened? I assume tactics there given average ratings are similar?
