Hence why I have not listed any of mine lol.
Slowly there is progress in this, I do wonder how the U21 and National team managers select their players. I still don't have any idea where the database is kept or how to upload players for their attention?

they need to rely on updates about players , they can then update data base and see skills... but all depends on info :P

I understand that but if the database isn't known to the user or a minimum total number of points relevant to the position is known, how would newbies or players that don't visit the forums often know what and where to showcase wannabe stars?

In my opinion to increase English level, we need to focus on players 16-18 and put as much attention to them. From my side when ever i will have time will train them. For now i have one player

Is there any visibility on which of the 96 current England users have youth schools? I'm guessing the only way in which we will increase the chances of better English players is through youth schools, I am assuming that each country pulls its own domestic player and it's not reliant on the native language used? Therefore, if I am right, does that mean if no-one within Engalnd opened a youth school we would not produce any new players for Engalnd? I know it's individual choice but surely that harms the game at National level, or doesn't that matter?

If we do not have junior school in England then we will not get new players. It is important to have many

Thanks! I could go back to keeper training but the money does not seem to be good enough.
